Mission Trip 2017 – Do You Want to Serve with Us?

Planning is underway for this years Ukraine Mission Trip! We will be headed to Ukraine to serve alongside our partners this July. Are you interested in being a part of a potential life changing experience? If so, please see the details below and email [email protected] if your interested.

Dead line to sign-up and submit deposit: April 10th or when we reach a team of 8-10. If you are interested we will send a packet to fill out ASAP.
When: July 9 – 21, 2017.

Where: We will fly into Kiev and then travel to Zhytomir for 5 nights working with Samaritan Ministry, partnering with them in caring for the least. We will visit our joint partnership project and visit the family at Providence Farm. We are also looking into the possiblities of helping with a construction project for an aged-out orphan that has found herself homeless and we are praying to provide an apartment that will keep her off the streets. During our time in Zhytomir we are also planning on visiting Last Bell Ministry to expose the team to model of caring for orphan graduates.

After our time in Zhytomir we will travel to Kramatorsk via an overnight train and work with our ministry partner Agape. In Kramatorsk we will spend time with the family from the House of Grace. We will ask Maxim (house dad) to take us to a handful of orphanages that they work with.

We will end our last few days in Kiev and have the opportunity to tour CBN (Christian Broadcast Network- Orphans Promise) as well as learn about the rich history of this ancient, beautiful city.

Cost: Our best estimate is $2,590 which will cover the airline, lodging, food and transportation inside Ukraine.

We are so excited to announce the winner of this summer’s mission trip. Since last spring, Ukraine Orphan Outreach has asked our supporters to consider a commitment to monthly sponsorship of one of the orphan graduates living at our transition homes. With the sponsorship commitment came an opportunity to be part of a drawing to win a free mission trip to Ukraine. Well, we drew a name and have a winner! May Soricelli from Berthoud, CO. has won and has accepted the gift! She will be traveling with the team this summer and has a chance to meet the orphan graduate that she and her family sponsor. Pretty cool how God has orchestrated this!
