The lives of Ukrainian women and their children have been shattered by the Russian invasion. Per the UN Refugee Agency, “women and children, who make up 90% of people fleeing the crisis, are at risk of gender-based violence and sexual exploitation and abuse”. We have to ask, “who is going to step in and offer support with prayer, friendship, and financial gifts?”
In addition to being one of the most vulnerable groups, there are now an estimated 18 million, which is nearly half the total population of Ukraine, are suffering and affected by the invasion of Russia.
It seems so overwhelming. But, now that you know, what can you do?
Back in 2003 when we started our work in Ukraine, we started with

Some of these precious little ones are war babies, born before and during the war. One sweet baby was born on the day the war started. Some moms are still pregnant.
We are asking for you to sponsor a single mom and her children. Will you please consider committing to helping a displaced mom and her children? We are looking to connect sponsors on a personal level, with the help of our friend who is a local translator, Liliia.
