Mission Trips

Ukraine Orphan Outreach Mission Trips provide relief, encouragement and inspiration to many near the “front lines”. Join us on our next Mission Trip!

Volunteer Your Time

As a non-profit, we are always in need of volunteers. A volunteer for Ukraine Orphan Outreach (UOO) would mainly be working stateside and not in Ukraine. We do have mission trips about once a year, but with COVID and now the war, we are not planning on a trip as a group anytime soon.


So, that being said, if you would like to volunteer here is what it could look like. Our Executive Director, Kris, would be in touch with you to set up a phone interview. The purpose of this interview would be to learn more about your interest in serving with UOO, and what your passions/skills are and then we can determine how and where you could be able to help.


Some of our areas of help are:
  • Treasurer - this is a vital position and vacancy currently on our board. 
  • Social Media - someone that is willing to go deep into learning about our work as well as research ongoing events in Ukraine to be able to create compelling posts on our Facebook page as well as Instagram. If that works out well, we would like to entertain posting on Twitter and possibly TikTok.
  • Website updates - you would need to be familiar with website designing
  • Administration - overall data organization of all our donors
  • Fundraising - we are always looking for ideas and ways to raise funds for our projects in Ukraine
  • Grant writing
  • Networking with media outlets to tell the story of what's happening in Ukraine
  • Set up meetings with corporations, churches, networking groups, etc for us to give a presentation.
We are sure there are other areas we need help in, but this will get your wheels turning at least!

Sponsorships

Through your monthly sponsorship contribution, money is earmarked to support an orphan graduate in a specific transition home and gives you the opportunity to follow the progress of that graduate.
